You will achieve more with a Polish translation which is not only translated perfectly but is adapted to the linguistic habits of its recipients. At the tolingo translation agency, we therefore combine the strengths of human and AI translation. We quickly deliver high-quality translations that have a real impact – including in Polish.
Why tolingo
At tolingo, we only work with native translators who live in the country of the target language. Our artificial intelligence (AI) is highly specialised and produces high-quality translations within seconds. By combining man and machine, we create outstanding results in any language combination.
We handle your data very carefully throughout the entire process. Data security is just as important to us as the quality of our translations. This is confirmed by our 4 certifications: for translation services (ISO 17100), for post-editing of Machine Translations (ISO 18587), for quality management (ISO 9001) and for information security (ISO/IEC 27001).
With a network of over 6,000 translators in all time zones, we respond quickly to your request. We usually send the translation to you within a few days – depending on the volume of the text. And if you're in a hurry, we'll prioritise your translation with the Express or Super-Express options and deliver it even faster – without any loss of quality.
Collaboration
An authentic Polish translation is linguistically and grammatically perfect, correct in terms of content and style and adapted technically and culturally to the language of those for whom it is intended. Authentic translations that make an impact and hit the right note with their readers can only come about with an excellent feel for language and the right professional expertise.
Whether it’s for an everyday situation or a medical, technical or legal translation – as a certified translation agency, we know what we are doing and what to look out for. Our native-speaker translators speak the language of your target audience and have an excellent command of specialist terminology. Our highly specialised AI is continually learning and generates perfect results extremely quickly.
We set particularly high quality standards for every translation – and we meet them, too. tolingo is one of just a few translation agencies worldwide to have been ISO-certified four times: for our translation services (ISO 17100), for post-editing of machine translations (ISO 18587), for our quality management (ISO 9001) and for our information security (ISO/IEC 27001).
Professional translations
A translation is only good if its message gets across – and you are happy with it. If you wish, we can speed things up, certify documents with a stamp and signature, proofread everything using the four-eye principle, format your documents in their original layout and ensure consistent linguistic usage. These are our add-on services:
Express & Super Express
If it's (super) urgent, we'll turbo-charge on request, prioritize your order and deliver the translation extra quickly - without any loss of quality.
Proofreading & editing
A second translator takes a close look at the translation. Where necessary, the text is adapted technically, linguistically and stylistically.
Certification
We make it official: Our sworn translators provide you with a certified translation for all documents - with stamp and signature.
Layout adaptation
If you want the translation to look good, too: Our graphics experts format the translated text exactly as in the original document.
Glossary creation
We create a glossary with your translation modules. This way, you always communicate in a consistent manner and increase your recognition value.
Translation memory
Your translations are stored in a database and used in future commissions. This increases consistency and saves you time and money.
In total we translate over 220 language combinations at the tolingo translation agency, several of which include Polish as the source or target language. The following combinations are in particular demand:

FAQ
Key questions – and all the answers
You can get a translation from Polish into another language from €0.10/word. Translations into Polish are available from a price of €0.06/word.
The price for every translation depends on a number of factors, including the combination of source and target language, the translation method and in some cases the specialist area. Ultimately, the length of the text, the add-on services required and the deadline (for translations with an express option) also play a part in the overall cost.
The delivery time for a Polish translation – and generally for any translation – depends above all on the length of the text. As soon as we know the volume of your order, we send you a quotation with a guaranteed delivery date.
Fundamentally, our procedures are set up and our processes optimised so that we can turn any translation around rapidly. We often deliver smaller translation projects within 1-2 working days. If you are in a particular hurry with a translation, you can shorten the delivery time with our Express or Super Express options. We then give your order a high priority and deliver it even faster.
Our sworn translators will be happy to provide a certified translation of your documents – including a stamp and signature. We translate and certify documents from Polish into German and from German into Polish. We do not currently offer any other languages in combination with Polish.
A certified translation is usually required to submit to (foreign) offices or authorities. Such documents are often contracts, certificates or testimonials. We would advise you to ask at the outset whether you have to submit a certified translation or not.
By the way, you can also get certified translations of documents easily and quickly from Beglaubigung24. Simply upload the document – and you’re done!
Of course, we can compile a translation memory for your Polish translations if you wish. Simply tell us when you place you order that we should set up a database for your translations.
A translation memory is a kind of “hard drive” and is particularly useful if you need regular translations. All your translations are saved in a database and translated paragraphs and sections of text are reused for future translation jobs. This improves the quality and consistency of your texts, and you save time and money.
The fastest way to obtain your professional translation is in the tolingo online shop. Here you can upload your documents and order the translation with just a few clicks.
You can ask about and place orders for more complex projects simply by phone or email.

Polish is a Slavonic language which is mainly spoken in Poland. It is a recognised minority language in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine. In addition, there are Polish emigrant communities in many countries throughout the world, in particularly in the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany and Australia. Around 50 million people worldwide speak Polish as their first language.
As part of the Slavonic family of languages, Polish is closely related to languages such as Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovakian, Serbian, Croatian and Bulgarian. There are several dialects of Polish: Great Polish, Little Polish, Silesian, Masovian and other regional variations. In order to reach people as effectively as possible, you should ensure that the different linguistic usages are reflected as accurately as possible in the translation. The best approach is to consult a professional translation agency that works with native speakers who are living in Poland themselves.
Polish words can contain up to five consecutive consonants. That not only looks unusual to many people, it is a real challenge when you are learning the language in particular. In addition to the letters of the Latin alphabet, there are nine other characters in Polish and a total of seven cases: nominative, genitive, dative, accusative, instrumental, locative and vocative. There is a therefore quite a lot to consider in a Polish translation.
In view of this complex grammar, you should have your texts translated professionally – ideally by a Polish native speaker. If you want to translate documents and paperwork from a specific area or for a certain industry, you should also ensure that the translators have the necessary expertise. Only with a specialist translation by an expert can you be certain that – along with the grammar – the terminology in your translations is correct.
Every text has a specific intention, and many texts are written in technical jargon, with the result that not everyone can understand them (and not everyone needs to do so). What matters is that the intended recipients understand the content completely and correctly. These specialist texts exist in almost every sector, and every sector uses its own specific vocabulary, formulations and technical expressions. If you want to translate a text of this sort, simple one-to-one translation is not enough. Although all the words will be translated, the context and meaning of individual specialist terms may be lost – and that can have serious consequences in some industries.
Let’s imagine a medical translation in which the word contraception has been incorrectly translated as antykoncepcja koncepcyjna. The problem: antykoncepcja koncepcyjna actually implies that a type of fertility booster is involved – precisely the opposite of the actual meaning. The translations antykoncepcja or zapobieganie ciąży would be better here. Similarly, incorrect translations can occur in technical and financial translations, and they can have serious consequences here, too. Specialist translators should have broad expertise. And have the ability to translate complex terminology and specific formulations precisely and comprehensibly. It’s better to consult someone like this, rather than attempt a translation yourself!
