Hamburg’s tolingo GmbH has established itself as one of the 100 biggest language service providers in the world. In its recent study “Language Service Markets: 2018”, the independent market research institute Common Sense Advisory (CSA) lists tolingo as one of the world’s 100 largest providers of language services and technology for the third time in a row.
For over 10 years, tolingo has been helping both medium-sized businesses and large enterprises with their internationalisation efforts. By creating multilingual content that is perfectly tailored to the target audience, tolingo enables its clients to access new markets and facilitates smooth international communication – quickly, consistently and to a high standard.
“We are proud to have been recognised as one of the most important and dynamic players in the translation market once again this year. We know that this accolade is not to be taken for granted, but something that we need to prove to our clients on a daily basis,“ says managing director Jens Völkel.
As the CSA Research study shows, the global demand for language services and supporting technology is rising steadily. It reports that the market is growing at an annual rate of around 8 %. CSA attributes this to an upswing in content digitisation, to personalised customer service and to increasing globalisation.
“Not only have enquiries gone up, but consultations have become more in-depth,” Völkel sums up.“tolingo is growing significantly faster than the market because we offer our clients a variety of supplementary services and technology in addition to pure translation. We pay close attention to our clients’ needs and work with them to develop efficient workflows and customised technical solutions,“says Völkel, explaining tolingo’s success.
As a leading market research company, CSA provides primary data and insights that help businesses with planning, innovation and competitive positioning, as well as give them a better understanding of global markets.
