Personal initiative is not just a ‘nice, but nonessential’ extra. We want everyone to express their ideas and be actively involved. Our aim is to work together to define and optimise processes and play a part in the future development of tolingo.

We develop an individual induction plan for every new employee to help them settle in as well as possible. On-the-job training, coaching and various training courses help us get you up to speed in just a short time, and your personal mentor will be on hand as your contact throughout your entire induction period. 

Social responsibility
Even as a small company, being socially responsible is important to us. This is why we offer young people internship opportunities with us, giving them practical insights to help them choose a career. We also support local charitable organisations, and we are involved in two sponsorships on an international level – for a boy from Haiti and a girl from Guinea-Bissau.

We love what we do, and enjoy going to work each day. And thanks to after-work events and other company parties, we also have fun together outside office hours.
