Verified and certified translation quality

tolingo maintains the highest quality standards. For this reason, TÜV Süd certified tolingo’s compliance with DIN EN 15038, the European standard for translation services, for three years of validity as of September 2011. tolingo was also registered with TÜV Rheinland DIN CERTCO under the registration number 7U256 at that time.

In September 2014, these quality standards were verified by LinquaCert, the Swiss certifying authority for language services. (Starting in 2014, LinquaCert took over responsibility for quality auditing at tolingo in accordance with DIN EN 15038.)

In August 2015, tolingo was audited and certified in accordance with the new international standard ISO 17100:2015. ISO 17100:2015 is an international quality standard for translation services; it replaces DIN EN 15038. The ISO-17100 certification was reviewed and subsequently renewed in September 2017. In September 2016, TÜV Süd also audited and certified tolingo’s quality-management system (ISO 9001:2015).
