Verified and certified translation quality

tolingo holds its translators to the highest possible standards. This is why we were certified in September 2011, for a three-year period of validity, by TÜV Süd (one of several German technical inspection associations) in accordance with the European standard for translation services, *DIN EN 15038*.

We were also registered with another TÜV (for the Rhineland region), TÜV Rheinland DIN CERTCO, under register number 7U256. In September 2014, these quality standards were confirmed by the Swiss certification authority for language services (LinquaCert); LinquaCert took over quality inspection for DIN EN 15038 at tolingo in 2014.

In August 2015, tolingo was tested and certified in accordance with the international standard ISO 17100:2015. TÜV Süd assessed and certified tolingo’s quality management system in September 2016 in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
